We hosted students from a culinary school so the young chefs could see what goes into producing the ingredients they use in restaurants. In this picture, you can see one of the students struggling with a clipboard holding data on the sheep.

Our task on this day was to vaccinate all the lambs, evaluate them, sort the sheep that were being sold, and evaluate the ewes. It took a full day, and we had lots of help.
Here we are trying to verify an ear tag using paper spreadsheets. This was before we used EID tags.
