Termination of Service

  1. You may stop using the AnimalTrakker® app at any time.
  2. AnimalTrakker® reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease or suspend providing all or any part of the app immediately without any notice to you, if:
    (a) you breach, or threaten or intend to breach, these Terms;
    (b) AnimalTrakker® is required to do so under any applicable law, rule or regulation;
    (c) the app relies on data, services or another business relationship between AnimalTrakker® and a third party service provider, and such relationship terminates or changes in such a way that affects AnimalTrakker®, ability to continue providing the app;
    (d) continuing to provide the app could create a substantial economic burden on AnimalTrakker® as determined by AnimalTrakker® in to sole discretion;
    (e) continuing to provide the app could create a security risk or material technical burden as determined by AnimalTrakker® in to sole discretion.

All images not belonging to AnimalTrakker®, Desert Weyr, LLC, or Juniper Gulch Ranch, LLC have been used with permission under their associated license(s), and attributed to the original creator. The associated license(s) may include any of the following:
