Limitations

In no event shall AnimalTrakker® or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AnimalTrakker® branded software, even if AnimalTrakker® or an AmimalTrakker® authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Termination of Service

  1. You may stop using the AnimalTrakker® app at any time.
  2. AnimalTrakker® reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease or suspend providing all or any part of the app immediately without any notice to you, if:
    (a) You breach, threaten, or intend to breach these Terms;
    (b) AnimalTrakker® is required to do so under any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
    (c) The app relies on data, services, or another business relationship between AnimalTrakker® and a third-party service provider, and such relationship terminates or changes in such a way that affects AnimalTrakker®’s ability to continue providing the app;
    (d) Continuing to provide the app could create a substantial economic burden on AnimalTrakker® as determined at AnimalTrakker®’s sole discretion;
    (e) Continuing to provide the app could create a security risk or material technical burden as determined at AnimalTrakker®’s sole discretion.

All images not belonging to AnimalTrakker®, Desert Weyr, LLC, or Juniper Gulch Ranch, LLC have been used with permission under their associated license(s) and attributed to the original creator. The associated license(s) may include any of the following:
