The End of Lambing Season and New Scale Integrations

Lambing season is officially over at the Desert Weyr farm. We were fortunate enough to see the birth of 49 healthy lambs to 29 ewes. We also had five stillborns, but the others are all doing well.

We’ve been testing new scale integrations with AnimalTrakker®, and we’ve also been retrofitting our chute system. The goal is to make bending over to work on the sheep less necessary. More on the scale integrations will be coming as we make additional progress.
